Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if applicable).
Shipping Options & Rates
We offer the following shipping options:

· Expedited Shipping – $9.99 (Includes tracking number)
· Express Shipping – $19.99 (Includes tracking, priority handling, and delivery guarantee—see details below)
Delivery Guarantee for Express Shipping
If Express Shipping takes longer than the estimated delivery window due to carrier delays (excluding force majeure events such as extreme weather or customs delays), we will refund the shipping cost.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number (if applicable). If you do not receive your tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us at support@hauteza.com.
Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
Tracking Shows “Delivered,” but I Haven’t Received My Order
If your tracking status shows as “delivered” but you did not receive your package:
✔ Check with neighbors or household members.
✔ Verify the shipping address in your confirmation email.
✔ Contact the shipping carrier to confirm delivery details.
✔ If you still can’t locate your package, contact us at support@hauteza.com with the carrier’s response.
�� Note: We are not responsible for stolen packages. If theft is a concern, consider selecting a tracked shipping option or shipping to a secure address.
Lost in Transit
· If your package hasn’t moved for 10+ days or is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a free reshipment or store credit (for tracked shipping options only).
· Standard Shipping (Free) does not qualify for lost package protection.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Customers have 24 hours after placing an order to request a cancellation or modification. Contact us at support@hauteza.com as soon as possible.
· After 24 hours, orders are already in processing and cannot be changed.
· If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we can reship it for an additional shipping fee.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to multiple countries.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
