At Hauteza, we take great pride in the quality of our products and aim for our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your product.

Return Eligibility:

Return Period: You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. After this period, we are unable to accept returns or provide a refund.

Condition of the Product: To qualify for a return and refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

  1. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and clean as received.
    1. The product must be returned with all original packaging, including tags, labels, and any accompanying accessories or documentation.
    1. The product should not have been damaged, altered, or worn.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Return Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or a mistake made by us. If the item is defective or we sent you the wrong product, Hauteza cover the cost of return shipping.

Non-returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These include:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Gift cards or sale items marked as non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@hauteza.com with a photo of the damage or defect. We will resolve the issue by either offering a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Exchanges:

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start the return process, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@hauteza.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Please pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping service to the address we provide.

Important Notes:

  • All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Items returned without the RA number or not meeting the return conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
